Qualification
- Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
- The candidate must possess the final result/certificate as of 01 January 2026.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must ensure they meet the minimum educational qualification and age criteria as of the cutoff date. Proficiency in the local language of the state applied for is mandatory. Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship or have work experience of one year or more are not eligible.

Salary (Monthly Stipend)
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend based on the location of the branch where they are posted. No other allowances or benefits are applicable during the one-year training period.

Selection Process
The PNB Apprentice selection process is designed to test the general awareness and aptitude of the candidates along with their familiarity with the local regional language of the state they choose to work in.
- Online Written Test: An objective type test conducted online.
- Test of Local Language: Candidates must qualify in the local language test of the applied state.
- Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to being found medically fit.
- Document Verification: Verification of original certificates and eligibility claims.
Exam Pattern
The Online Written Examination will consist of four sections. Candidates need to clear the minimum qualifying marks in each section as well as the aggregate total.
