Qualification

Full Eligibility
Candidates must possess a First Class degree for General/OBC/EWS categories. Along with educational qualifications, applicants must have a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience for B.E/B.Tech holders or 2 years of experience for M.E/M.Tech holders in relevant Industry or Defence Laboratories.

Salary
The selected candidates for the post of Senior Engineer (E-III) will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000. In addition to basic pay, various allowances are provided as per BEL Company Rules.

Selection Process
The selection process for BEL Senior Engineer involves evaluating the candidate's technical knowledge and professional aptitude. Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for the assessment stages.
