Salary Structure
The selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly consolidated remuneration along with travel allowances for official tours as per NIRDPR norms.

Selection Process

Job Profile & Responsibility
Consultants will be placed at SIRD/SPRC units and will be responsible for handholding support to Panchayats for GPDP/BPDP/DPDP preparation and Capacity Building.
- Liaison with State Panchayati Raj Departments and SIRD.
- Coordinate Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and implementation of RGSA.
- Support in preparation of LSDG-focused Thematic GPDP.
- Regular field visits (up to 15 days a month) to assigned district clusters.
- Preparation of Case Studies and documentation of best practices.
