Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) invites applications for Management Trainee posts in disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Naval Architecture, Finance and Robotics. Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2025: Salary

Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) offers an attractive pay structure for Management Trainees with a basic pay of ₹40,000/- per month during training. On successful completion, candidates may be absorbed as Assistant Manager with one increment in the same pay scale. The total CTC during training is approximately ₹11.65 LPA and on absorption, it goes up to ₹15.40 LPA along with full medical benefits, DA, HRA and other perks.

The selection process for GSL Management Trainee posts includes a written test followed by document verification and a personal interview. Final selection will be based on the combined merit of written test and interview, subject to reservation guidelines and age seniority in case of tie.
