Educational qualifications must be from a University/Institute recognized by Government of India/AICTE. Bank of Baroda Salary 2025 for all posts will be offered as per qualification, experience, last drawn salary and market benchmark. The remuneration is not fixed pay scale based, instead it will be finalized during selection. Selected candidates will also be eligible for allowances, perks and benefits as per Bank’s policy. Salary will vary for Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and AVP positions depending on the role and experience.

- Remuneration will be decided based on candidate’s qualification, experience, last drawn salary and overall suitability.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on shortlisting followed by a Personal Interview (PI) and/or any other selection method as decided by the Bank. Shortlisting will be provisional and subject to document verification. Call letters will be sent only on the candidate’s registered email ID. The Bank will decide the qualifying marks and reserves the right to modify the selection method, call ratio and vacancies. Final appointment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks (including CIBIL score and other verifications) and execution of the employment contract.
