Selected candidates for the Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer) posts will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹48,100 in the first year and ₹50,700 in the second year. Upon successful completion of the two-year probation period, they may be considered for regular appointment as Junior Engineers with a pay scale of ₹45,400 to ₹1,01,200 as per company norms. No additional allowances are applicable during the contractual period.
