- All posts are eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA) as per 7th CPC.
- Medical officers and specialists receive Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) in addition to basic pay.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA) is applicable based on city classification (X, Y, Z).
- Transport Allowance (TA) is provided as per central government norms.
- Employees are covered under the New Pension Scheme (NPS).
- Annual increments and promotions are governed by departmental rules.
- Additional perks may include LTC, CGHS, and training reimbursements.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility and experience.
- Recruitment Test (RT) for selected posts (if number of applicants is high).
- Interview round carrying 100 marks.
- Minimum qualifying marks in interview:
- UR/EWS: 50%
- OBC: 45%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 40%
- Final merit list based on:
- Only Interview marks (if no RT held)
- 75% weightage to RT + 25% to Interview (if RT conducted)
- Document Verification for shortlisted candidates.
- Final appointment subject to medical fitness and background check.
