SBI PO Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Phase-I: Preliminary Exam – Online objective test (100 marks) with sections on English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability.
- Phase-II: Main Exam – Online Objective Test (200 marks) + Descriptive Test (50 marks) including writing of Emails, Reports, Precis or Situation Analysis.
- Phase-III: Psychometric Test – Personality profiling test (not scored, used for Interview insights).
- Group Exercise – Interactive evaluation of teamwork, communication and leadership (20 marks).
- Personal Interview – One-on-one assessment by interview panel (30 marks).
- Final Merit List – Prepared based on normalized scores of Phase-II (75 marks) and Phase-III (25 marks).
- Document Verification & Medical Fitness – Final eligibility check before appointment.
