Short Information: Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company Limited (MPPTCL) has released its Official Rule Book for Recruitment 2025–26. A total of 633 Vacancies are announced for Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineer, Law Officer, Line Attendant, Substation Attendant and Surveyor Attendant posts. Candidates can apply online at mptransco.in from 04 July to 04 August 2025. Selection will be through CBT and physical efficiency tests wherever applicable.

Physical Test:
- Applicable for Line Attendant, Substation Attendant and Surveyor Attendant posts only
- Candidates must walk 1 kilometer carrying 15 kg weight within 10 minutes
- Only one attempt allowed for the physical test
- Failing the physical test will result in disqualification, even if CBT is cleared
- Shortlisted candidates (3x the number of vacancies) will be called for this test
- Final selection subject to passing both physical and document verification

- During training: Stipend is 70% of basic pay in 1st year, 80% in 2nd year and 90% in 3rd year (if applicable)

- Probation period: 2 years for AE/Law Officer, 3 years (including training) for JE & Attendant posts
- Bond to be executed on ₹500 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper before joining training
- Failure to complete bond period may attract recovery of bond amount and stipend paid
