- Officer in-Charge: Graduate with 5 years experience in health care/management.
- Medical Officer: MBBS with 5 years experience.
- Dental Officer: BDS with 5 years experience.
- Pharmacist: B.Pharmacy with 3 years experience.
- Lab Tech: DMLT or Class 1 Lab Tech Course (Armed Forces) with 5 years experience.
- DEO: Graduate / Class I Clerical trade (Armed Forces) with 5 years experience.
- Driver: 8th Class / Class-1 MT Driver (Armed Forces) with valid Civil DL and 5 years experience.
- Peon/Chowkidar: 8th Class or GD trade (Armed Forces).
Full Eligibility
Candidates applying for ECHS Agartala Recruitment 2026 must meet specific Educational and Professional criteria. Preference is strictly given to Ex-Servicemen (ESM). Salary

Selection Process

Job Profile & Responsibility
Staff members at ECHS Polyclinics are responsible for providing high-quality Medical care and administrative support to Ex-Servicemen and their dependents. The environment is disciplined and follows Armed Forces medical protocols.
- Medical Staff: Patient diagnosis, treatment, and prescription of medicines.
- Para-Medical: Assisting doctors, handling lab equipment, and dispensing pharmacy stock.
- Administrative Staff: Data entry, maintaining records, and managing the polyclinic premises.
- Support Staff: General cleanliness, security, and driving of ambulance/official vehicles.
