Qualification
- Forester: 10+2 with Science/Commerce/Arts and Matric with Science.
- Draftsman (Civil): Matriculation with 3 Years Diploma in Civil Engineering or 2 Years Certificate in Draftsmanship.
- Technician / Operator: Matric with ITI in relevant trade (Electrical, Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, etc.).
- Network Assistant: Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering with experience.
- Hindi/Sanskrit: Candidate must have Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in Matric or higher education.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must be CET Group-C qualified to be eligible for Phase-II. Bonafide residents of Haryana are eligible for reservation benefits. All certificates (BCA/BCB/EWS) must be issued after 01 April 2025 to be valid for this recruitment.

Physical Test Criteria
Physical standards are mandatory for the post of Forester and other specific field posts. Candidates must meet the following height and chest measurements.

Salary Structure
Selected candidates will be placed in the Functional Pay Level (FPL) as per the 7th CPC. The pay scale varies from FPL-2 to FPL-6 depending on the post nomenclature and department.

Selection Process
The HSSC Group C Mains selection process strictly follows the CET Policy 2024. Candidates are shortlisted based on their Phase-I CET marks to appear for the Phase-II written exam.
- Step 1: Shortlisting: Up to 10 times the vacancies based on CET Phase-I merit.
- Step 2: Written Exam: Offline OMR-based objective test (100 Marks).
- Step 3: Skill Test: Required for specific posts like Draftsman or Computer operators.
- Step 4: Document Scrutiny: Verification of original academic and reservation certificates.
- Step 5: Final Merit List: Based on written exam marks and socio-economic criteria (if applicable).
Exam Pattern
The Written Examination will be OMR-based and bilingual (Hindi & English). There is no negative marking for wrong answers, but leaving a question unattempted will result in marks deduction.
