Job Profile & Responsibility

The job profiles at AYJNISHD involve working with persons with speech and hearing disabilities (Divyangjan) across various roles. Responsibilities range from academic and clinical duties for Assistant Professors and Lecturers to administrative support for Assistants and Data Entry Operators, and specialized care for Nurses and Caregivers. All roles contribute to the rehabilitation, skill development, and empowerment of Divyangjan.

• Assistant Professor/Lecturer: Teaching, research, clinical practice, curriculum development in relevant fields (PMR, Audiology, Speech Pathology, Education, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy).
• Clinical Assistant/Audiologist & SLP: Providing direct clinical services, assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for individuals with speech, language, and hearing disorders.
• Administrative & Accounts Officer: Overseeing administrative functions, financial management, policy implementation, and ensuring smooth operations.
• PA to Director: Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Director, managing correspondence, appointments, and official documents.
• MTS/Ayah/Cleaner: Performing general office duties, maintenance, and support services to ensure a clean and functional environment.
• Data Entry Operator: Managing and inputting data, maintaining records, and assisting with computer-related tasks.
• Special Educator/Early Interventionist: Developing and implementing individualized education plans, providing early intervention services, and supporting children with developmental disabilities.
