SAIL DSP offers attractive consolidated monthly remuneration for Consultant (GDMO/Specialist) roles, reflecting the expertise required for these medical positions.

- The above remuneration is for a minimum of 8 hours a day for 6 days a week (or 48 hours a week).
- If engagement is for less than 8 hours/day or 48 hours/week, rates may be pro-rated.
- Tenure of Engagement: Initial 1 year, extendable for another 1 year, up to a maximum of 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance and upper age limit of 70 years.
- Housing: Company accommodation (2 BHK or equivalent) may be provided on a payment basis, subject to availability. No HRA is admissible.
- Communication: Eligible for post-paid SIM facility under CUG with monthly mobile phone expense ceiling (Rs. 350/- for MBBS, Rs. 500/- for PG Diploma/Degree).
- Medical Benefits: For self and spouse at DSP hospital (without referrals) during engagement period. Ex-employees of SAIL will continue with their existing medical benefits.
- Leave: Eligible for 10 days leave in a year, subject to prior approval.
- Other Conditions: Engagement is purely temporary and does not create a right for regular appointment. Private practice is allowed, provided it does not disrupt assigned working hours.
