Selection Process
The recruitment involves multiple stages. For standard administrative roles, selection is purely based on the Written Examination, whereas the Personal Assistant post includes an extra Skill Test.
- Stage 1 - Skill Test: Applicable only for Personal Assistant (Steno). It includes a Stenography Proficiency Test (dictation at 80 wpm for 5 mins and transcription in 45 mins). This stage is purely qualifying.
- Stage 2 - Written Exam: Mandatory for all candidates. It comprises a 200 Marks Objective Examination.
- Stage 3 - Document Verification: Final merit list candidates must produce their original documents to verify identity and academic qualifications.
