Qualification
- Junior Hindi Translator / JTO: Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject OR Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject AND Recognized Diploma/Certificate course in translation OR 2 years experience.
- Senior Hindi Translator: Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject OR Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject AND Recognized Diploma/Certificate course in translation OR 3 years experience.
Full Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess the Essential Educational Qualification on or before 01 August 2026. Applicants must be citizens of India or subjects of Nepal/Bhutan with a valid eligibility certificate where applicable.

Selection Process

Job Profile & Responsibility
The Junior Hindi Translator and Senior Hindi Translator are responsible for translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in various Central Ministries.
