Qualification
- Engineering Disciplines: Ph.D. in relevant discipline and First Class in B.Tech/B.E. and M.Tech/M.E.
- Basic Sciences: Ph.D. in relevant discipline and First Class in B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees.
- Direct Ph.D. holders: Candidates with Ph.D. directly after B.Tech are eligible if they have First Class at Bachelor's level.
