Qualification
- Training Officer (Technical Trades): 10th Pass with ITI (NCVT/SCVT) or NAC in relevant trade OR Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Technology.
- COPA: 10th with ITI/NAC in COPA OR PGDCA OR BCA/MCA OR Degree in CS/IT.
- Steno English: Graduation + Shorthand (100 wpm) + CPCT + 1 Year Computer Diploma.
- Social Study: 12th with English + BBA/MBA or Graduation in Sociology/Economics/Social Welfare + Computer Diploma.
Full Eligibility
The MP ITI Training Officer eligibility requires the candidate to be a Native Resident (Domicile) of Madhya Pradesh. Candidates must have a valid registration in the MP Employment Office (Rojgar Panjiyan). For 50% of the posts in major trades, candidates with Engineering Degrees or Diplomas will be considered, while the rest are for ITI certificate holders.

Salary
The Training Officers in Madhya Pradesh are appointed in the 7th Pay Commission scale. The selected candidates will receive a handsome salary along with various allowances as per MP Government rules.

Selection Process
The selection for MP ESB Training Officer 2026 is strictly based on the performance in the Online Computer Based Test (CBT). There is no interview for these posts.
