Physical Test

Candidates must meet the minimum physical standards as prescribed under the Apprentices Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992. A valid medical fitness certificate is required to be eligible for training. Standards will be followed as mentioned in Schedule-II of Apprenticeship Rules.

NHPC Apprenticeship 2025: Salary

NHPC Apprenticeship 2025 offers a competitive monthly stipend to selected candidates based on their qualification level. Graduate Apprentices receive ₹15,000, Diploma Apprentices ₹13,500, and ITI Apprentices ₹12,000. The stipend includes the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) amount provided under the NATS scheme, and in case accommodation is not provided, an additional ₹2500/month will be paid.

The NHPC Apprenticeship 2025 Selection Process is completely merit-based, without any written exam or interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their in 10th, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation—depending on the post applied for. Preference will be given to candidates from Project Affected Families, followed by local district and state applicants.
