Q4. What is the salary for selected candidates?

Consolidated monthly salary is ₹40,000 with HRA or accommodation benefits depending on location. Annual increment of 5% is applicable after 1 year.

Q5. Is this recruitment for permanent positions?

No. All positions are on a Fixed Term Contract basis for up to 4 years.

Q6. Can diploma holders apply?

Yes, diploma holders in relevant fields can apply. However, they must have additional post-qualification experience as specified in the notification.

Q7. Is experience in the cement industry mandatory?

It is not mandatory but candidates with cement industry experience will be given preference.

Q8. Will there be a written exam?
