Register Online:
- Trade Apprentices: Register on NAPS Portal
- Diploma & Graduate Apprentices: Register on NATS Portal
- Ensure Aadhaar is linked to your bank account
- Download Application Form: Visit www.npcil.nic.in and go to HR Management → Opportunities to download the application form (Annexure-1).
- Fill the Form: Paste passport size photo and fill in all required details.
- Attach Documents: Self-attested copies of qualification, caste, Aadhaar, police verification, registration proof and other required certificates.

NPCIL Apprentice 2025 FAQs
Q1. What is the last date to apply for NPCIL Apprentice 2025?
The last date to submit the hardcopy of the application along with required documents is 21 July 2025. Late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Q2. How will the selection be done?
Selection will be purely based on the marks obtained in the relevant ITI, Diploma, or Degree course. No written exam or interview will be conducted.
Q3. Do I need to apply online?
You need to register online on the respective apprenticeship portals (NAPS for Trade & NATS for Diploma/Graduate), but the actual application to NPCIL is offline via post.
Q4. Is there any application fee?
No, the application process is completely free for all categories including General, OBC, SC/ST and PwBD.
Q5. Is accommodation or transport provided?
No accommodation will be provided. However, free transportation is available between KKNPP Site Main Gate and Plant Site during the training period.
Q6. Can I apply if I have already undergone apprenticeship training before?
No. Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961 are not eligible to apply again.
Q7. Will NPCIL offer a job after the apprenticeship?
No, NPCIL is not obligated to offer any employment after the completion of apprenticeship training. However, the experience can strengthen your future career prospects.
Q8. Is the Police Verification Certificate mandatory?
Yes, it's a mandatory requirement since KKNPP is a highly secured nuclear facility. The certificate must be submitted before joining.
